After
graduating from the University of Tennessee,
Knoxville, I
began my
sales career out of college as a territory
manager with
Hormel
Foods Corporation. Gaining valuable
experience, I
decided to
pursue a career in real estate. I entered
the real estate
industry in
2001 and have demonstrated great integrity
to my
clients.
After a couple of years in real estate, I
decided to further
my
education and enhance my knowledge as a
Realtor by
attending
the Nashville School of Law. Knowledge is
invaluable in this business and it is always
important to stay abreast of change and
enhance your education to assist your
clients throughout their transaction.
Even though
I have been a Realtor for 6 years, I have
been surrounded by real estate my whole
life. I have grown up in the real estate
business and learned many facets of the new
construction and development sector from my
father. My father started his own
construction company, Intorcia Construction
Company, and has expanded over the years
with the hiring of my brother, Michael
Intorcia. Intorcia Construction has been
building in the Smyrna area for over 20
years and specializes in residential and
commercial business. I have learned how
important integrity and reputation is in
this business. Repeat and referral business
is the foundation to your business.
With the
wealth of knowledge and experience, I
understand how important it is for the buyer
to be informed during the building process
and to comprehend the variable components
involved in construction. This same
knowledge and experience carries over into
existing home sales whether it is working
with buyers or sellers.
Having grown up in Smyrna, I have watched
Smyrna transition from a small town to a
city that offers many attractions for
residents. As a working mother with a
husband and small family, I understand
people’s needs and work with my client’s
various schedules.
